I’m Jennifer Bartlett, though most people just call me Jen B. For more than 15 years I’ve helped home-based businesses, first-time entrepreneurs, and established companies untangle their bookkeeping, clean up QuickBooks Online, and put simple systems in place that keep their numbers accurate month after month.

Earlier in my career I spent five years as an Intuit Payroll Pro, so I’ve seen first-hand what a difference the right setup makes, and how the wrong one quietly costs owners time, money, and a good night’s sleep. I bring that same care to every client file I touch.

    We begin with a free Discovery Call about your business, your numbers, and your goals. Prefer to dig in? Book a free QuickBooks review and I’ll take a look at your file.

    I work exclusively in QuickBooks Online. If you’re coming from another system, I’ll handle the transition for you, with no scrambling on your end.

    Regular check-ins

    We’ll meet monthly (or more often if you’d like) so nothing slips through the cracks and you always have a moment to ask questions.

    Quick turnaround

    I keep a 1–2 day turnaround so your books stay current and accurate, not a mystery you untangle at year-end.

    Simple, predictable billing

    Billing for ongoing work happens on the 5th of each month, and I accept credit card or ACH. No surprises.
